Disclaimer

This Disclaimer applies to imaginetool.site and all tools, pages and content provided by ImagineTool (“we”, “us” or “our”). We want you to enjoy our tools with clear expectations, so this page explains the limits of what we can promise. By using the website you accept this Disclaimer together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

General Information Only

All tools, guides, articles and other information on ImagineTool are provided for general informational and convenience purposes. We work hard to keep our website accurate and useful, but we make no promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. Information may change without notice.

Tools Are Provided “As Is”

Our image editing, PDF, QR code, OCR, AI and conversion tools are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that a tool will always be available, fast, secure against every possible threat, or suitable for your specific purpose. Features may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time. Your browser, device, internet connection and the files you use can also affect how a tool performs.

AI-Generated and AI-Enhanced Results

Results May Be Imperfect

Some tools use artificial intelligence to enlarge, sharpen, denoise, relight, remove backgrounds or otherwise modify images. AI can misinterpret an image and may add, remove or change details. Faces, text, logos and fine patterns are especially likely to look different from the original.

Check Before You Use

Always review the output carefully before you publish, print, submit or share it. Do not use AI-edited images as proof of identity, evidence, or as an accurate record of an event. You are responsible for how you use the results.

Responsible Use

Do not use AI tools to mislead others, to create fake documents, or to alter images of people without their permission. See our Terms of Service for the full list of prohibited activities.

OCR and Conversion Accuracy

OCR (optical character recognition) converts text in pictures and scanned documents into editable text. Accuracy depends on scan quality, lighting, fonts, handwriting, language and page layout. Errors such as missing characters, wrong numbers or broken formatting can occur. Please proofread all extracted text, especially names, dates, amounts and legal wording.

File conversions may change fonts, layout, colours, metadata or image quality, because formats do not support the same features. Compressing an image or PDF reduces file size by removing data, so quality may decrease. Keep your original file until you are happy with the converted result.

QR Code Notice

QR codes created with our tools are generated from the information you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for testing the code on several devices before printing or sharing it. We are not responsible for the content a QR code links to, or for any harm caused by misuse of a QR code.

Not Professional Advice

Nothing on ImagineTool is legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Tools such as OCR or document converters do not create legally certified copies or official translations. If you need a result for an official purpose, such as a visa, court, school, employer or government office, check the requirements of that organisation and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

Your Files and Backups

You keep ownership of the files you use with ImagineTool. We take steps to process files securely and to delete files automatically after processing when a feature needs server-side or third-party handling. Even so, no online system is completely risk-free, and files may be lost, changed or become unavailable because of technical problems. Always keep a backup of important originals. We are not responsible for data loss or damage resulting from the use of our tools.

Advertising and Affiliate Content

ImagineTool may show advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense, and may use Google Analytics to understand website use. Advertisers do not influence the results our tools produce. Ads are provided by third parties, and we do not endorse or guarantee products, services or claims shown in them. If we ever include affiliate links, we will clearly indicate it, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Cookie Policy for details on how advertising technologies work.

External Links and Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to external websites and may rely on third-party services such as Cloudflare and third-party APIs. We have no control over the content, privacy practices or availability of other websites and services, and we are not responsible for them. Visiting a linked website is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property and User Responsibility

You must have the right to use any file you upload. We are not responsible for content that users process with our tools, and we do not check files for ownership or legality. If you think a file or any content on our site infringes your rights, please read our DMCA Policy and contact us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ImagineTool, its owners and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, that arises from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its tools, or from your reliance on any result or information shown here. This includes loss of data, income, business or reputation. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
