What payment methods do you accept?
Cards and Apple Pay via Stripe, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, netbanking and cards via Razorpay, PayPal, bank transfer and offline payment (availability depends on your region).
How do promo codes work?
Enter your code at checkout. You instantly see the discount, your savings and the final amount before you pay. Some codes grant free AI credits or a free trial instead.
Do AI credits expire?
Credits you buy in a credit pack never expire. Credits included with a plan stay in your account while you use Imagine Tool.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment gets an emailed invoice you can download or print from your billing history.
